Career & Internship Specialist (German & Russian Speaker)

We are looking for a Career & Internship Specialist to support our students and graduates throughout their career journey - from preparing their first applications and interviews to securing internships and employment opportunities in Germany.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Provide individual career consultations for students and graduates, including reviewing CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and other application materials;
Conduct group career activities, including LinkedIn reviews, application preparation, interview preparation, and internship preparation;
Coordinate the internship placement process: collect applications, communicate with partners, organize selection stages, and coordinate the process between students and employers;
Support students throughout the internship preparation and placement process, including resolving questions and issues that arise with students or internship partners;
Support students during their internships until they receive a recommendation letter;
Work closely with cross-functional internal teams on graduate career development and internship organization;
Maintain and regularly update student, internship, and employment data in Airtable according to the career support funnel;
Prepare analytics and regular status updates on career consultations, internships, and career-related activities;
Collect graduate feedback on career support, internships, and assistance with employment, including written, video, and online feedback;
Manage the graduate community, including developing a content plan, organizing events, and structuring frequently asked questions and answers.
🟢 What we expect from you
Experience in career support, student or client management, HR, recruiting, internship coordination, or a related field;
Good understanding of the job and internship search process in Europe, particularly in Germany;
Practical experience working with CVs, LinkedIn profiles, motivation letters, recommendation letters, job applications, and interview preparation, including the use of AI tools;
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with graduates, employers, and internal teams simultaneously;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to support a large number of students while managing several processes at the same time;
High level of independence and responsibility for results, with experience working in remote teams;
Ability to gently but consistently support adults throughout their career transition and help them stay on track towards their new profession;
Experience using CRM systems, Jira, Airtable, or similar client/student tracking systems;
Experience organizing online events, webinars, and other group activities will be an advantage;
German at B2 level or higher, with confident conversational and professional communication skills;
Russian at C1 or native level, sufficient for communication with students, graduates, and the team;
English at B1 level or higher will be an advantage.
